I felt I was 'pressured' into believing the brakes were unsafe and needed urgent and expensive repair action (noted as red on report). This was not the case. I feel that this was unnecessary and unprofessional high pressure sales tactics.

Great customer experience
I actually popped in to see if I could get a nearly new one but struggled to get the colour and spec I wanted. The gentleman that served me was brilliant and I was kept up to date with how delivery was progressing and everything went smoothly.
Bethany Scott our sales advisor at Stratstone Doncaster was excellent. She gave excellent advice, was knowledgeable in both the car and the deals available. Her advice was given freely and I felt under no pressure at all to buy a car.
I have had poor service in the past from Stratstone Mini Doncaster and so avoided going into the dealership. For convenience I took my mini back when a problem occurred with what was disagnosed as a EGR valve. I wished I hadn't as my car was dented.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and were more than happy to accomodate me with my issues.
