MINI Doncaster sponsor the 64th Annual Scunthorpe Round Table

Scunthorpe Round Table held their 64th Annual Sportsman's Dinner on the 26th February, the event was held at Forest Pines in Scunthorpe.

The  Scunthorpe Round Table hold regular meetings normally twice a month usually in the evenings, the regular meeting is the forum for many forms of activity and entertainment. A different chairman is selected from the membership to represent the table each year. Scunthorpe has had a Round Table since 1946 when it became the 134th table to be formed in the uk, one of their main focuses is local fundraising this is why it reflects their high level of activity in supporting good causes. In 2007/2008 Scunthorpe Round Table raised £5500 from their activities.

The Master of Ceremonies for the evening was local business man Mr Paul Fox (Paul Fox Estate Agents) the proceedings for the night also included their guest speaker Dennis Taylor and guest comedian Stan Boardman, there was plenty for the guests to view and whet their appetite as Stratstone MINI Doncaster placed a MINI Cooperess Convertible near the dining area the MINI team provided a MINI Pedal Car for auction as one of the prizes for the night also the chance to win the MINI Cooperess for the weekend.
