We have always taken my previous Mini to Stratstone Doncaster. The staff are extremely helpful and treat customers as part of the Mini family. We purchased our new Mini and every part of our journey with Stratstone Mini team was exceptional.

No complaints at all regarding the staff at Doncaster or the service I received. The only gripe I have is with the electronic online nonsense process of acquiring the purchase. Just a pen and paper in the future please.

You like to try and imply that the health check bill and 'defects' are MOT failures. This is disgraceful, I won't ever be coming back. I got caught out by this the previous year and nearly again this year. Truly disgusting.

Drop off the car was easy and the staff were friendly. The service was completed earlier than expected. I received a thorough report of the car and it was given back to me thoroughly cleaned and shiny!

I was offered a car wash but don't believe the car had been washed when I collected it. I wen for a first thing pick up and didn't get away until after 11:00. Trivial but the car was parked outside of a parking bay pointing in wrong direction
