I can't rate them highly enough. Jake was fantastic throughout. Making sure the car ticked all the boxes for me. The experience was 'fun' and lived up to the brand expectations. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!

The rating is about the pricing of repairs. We have taken both our minis since new for any and all work required. After querying the quoted price I was offered a reduction which was welcome. Do you offer loyalty discounts?

I was booked in quickly after the initial phone call. A car was made available to use whilst mine was in for service. Reception was easy and swift. The car came back serviced, cleaned and ready to go!

Just didn't feel that staff were interested with me as a customer. A lot of 'lip service' but didn't seem to care about issues raised. Disappointing first impression of the firm.
