The initial person I agreed the sale with left her job. I phoned to speak to her and was told a salesman was taking over. As I don't have internet banking I had to ask him to print a paper copy which I had to pick up & take to my bank for payment

When booked a courtesy car was discussed, on arrival this hadn't been booked. the eventual car offered wasnt suitable as my daughter is disabled. It took over one hour to sort. I was offered a valet to apologise and on collection only half car done
